Mental health: Follow this daily routine to improve your productivity through the week

New Delhi: All of us would agree unanimously to the fact that work-from-home, online classes, and the whole stay-at-home practice to prevent COVID-19 spread have made us lazier, and the weather has not helped. Even as the world has to a great extent adapted to the new normal, with many people already going to offices physically, the problem of low productivity that began with the pandemic, has persisted. People have experienced burn out, chronic stress, and have got into the habit of work from home. Even as they know it is not the healthiest, the loop is difficult to break from.
