In order to promote book reading culture amongst Kashmiri students, the Divisional Covid Control Room, Kashmir (DCCRK), is organising a book review competition for all students without any age bar.

The competition is being organised in view of the Covid-19 pandemic, as the virus has not only made human life stagnant but also has changed the education system severely across the world in the past 20 months.
