The objective of this paper is to identify ways in which startups would function post COVID with a thorough analysis on key dimensions of PASSION FRAMEWORK impacting the operational functions of startups. The felt need for this research comes from various articles, notes, media reports highlighting job cuts, salary impacts as well as social distancing to function on day to day basis. India remains the most lucrative opportunity for any ecommerce business houses to launch their products and service models. Due to COVID and Indian Economy, the spent has decreased, and the paper also will address how the consumption patterns would emerge, with trends in investments across various startup portfolio. With over 50000 job cuts in start up ecosystem with Bengaluru itself, it becomes important to study the approaches taken by global startups and Indian startups to manage their ventures during COVID. The outcome of this research paper would be to identify combinators for startup sustenance using Artificial Intelligence driven basic model being built which can subsequently be enhanced, trained for further contributions to entrepreneurship research
