The Students’ Innovation Festival (SIF) is a Launchpad for young minds to present their ingenious ideas, display creativity, and showcase their projects/products. Such avenues help prepare the youth to tackle society’s problems through scientific and technological interventions. The festival is a part of the 8th edition of the India International Science Festival (IISF)-2022, to be held in Bhopal from 21-24 January 2023.

A total of 3392 entries have been received out of these 792 entries were shortlisted for further screening to select 100 innovations for physical presentation at Bhopal during 22nd and 23rd January 2023. “The participants need to bring their own projects or models for display and presentations. The best innovations will be awarded, followed up, and, if required, patented,” said Dr Meghvendra Sharma, one of the coordinators of SIF from Vijnana Bharati.
