Scion Infra Properties is planning to develop a commercial complex 'Northgate Phase-3' at Venkatala in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.

The project will spread over four acres of land parcel and comprises the construction of building with two blocks comprising Wing-A (office block) with three basement+ground+eight upper floors and wing-B (R&D Block) with ground floor+mezz, floor+one upper floor.

As per the information shared with Projects Today, Scion Infra Properties applied environment clearance for the project. The architect and contractor are still being finalized.
