Title: AI Driven innovations for automation

Abstract: 

Post COVID, there is a felt necessity globally for reduced human intervention. It could be due to social distancing requirements or even overcome the weak economy. 40% of startups emerged in last few years have almost collapsed due to lack of funds in India. Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automations will continue to be used for multiple aspects of work flow implementation. The research focuses on AI interventions being used within companies with support from startups and how skilling gets impacted for back office operation resources. There have been multiple papers on automation but correlating the same with human resource management seems missing. The research focuses on identifying cost optimization approach for automating various services needed by startups which include Marketing, Customer Care, Customer Support, Market Research and Human Resource Management. It will help identify AI interventions in all dimensions of PASSION FRAMEWORK to facilitate its contribution to corporate, institutes and NGOs to bring in AI interventions. Outcome of the paper will be to identify key human interventions needed irrespective of any innovations and which components of Artificial Intelligence will be needed most within industry.
