The success of any venture depends on relation management. The research paper focuses on critical personality traits needed in startups to build a winning team. Most of entrepreneur research papers focus on various personality traits needed for successful leadership. The present research paper focuses on identifying People Composition Combinators' needed by startup and build a mathematical model for confidence score on startup success depending on trait mapping of key resources to the evolved Human Resource Model of PASSION FRAMEWORK. Outcome of paper would be to build conflict management strategies for startups for better team management and retention of resources.
